Walking

Most worms rapidly succumb when over the counter worm preparations are taken. Useful preparations include Vermox, Combantrim, and Early Bird. Early Bird is cleverly packaged in chocolate squares. Don\'t confuse them with Laxettes.
Wrinkles
Preventable wrinkles occur in relation to sleeping on the face and over exposure to ultraviolet rays. Vitamin A and its derivatives can counter the effects of solar induced aging. The effects take three or four months to become obvious.
Home Remedies
All men and women should apply a sun screen to the face habitually every morning. Women as a moisturizing cream, men as an after shave lotion. Apply Vitamin A and its derivatives at night and wash them off in the morning. In some people the Retinoids cause photo sensitivity.
